Cancellations & Substitutions |
| |

Registration fees include lunches, refreshments, conference workbook and all meeting materials. All invoices and registrations processed must be paid before the date of the conference. |

A credit note will be issued to all participants who are unable to attend the conference, provided they have a) paid their fees and b) informed Informedia in writing up to
3 working day before the conference. The credit note is transferable and valid for
6 months from the date of issue. Cancellations received after 3 working days before the conference are not subject to a credit note. Participants may be substituted at any time. |

Substitutions may be made at any time. The registration fee does not include hotel accommodation and travel. We do arrange reduced rate hotel accommodation at and near to the conference venue. Information on reduced rate hotel accommodation will be sent to delegates with joining instructions. |
